We are dedicated to levelling the playing field in the battle between landlords and tenants for whom housing disrepair has become an issue.

What is our affiliate partner programme?

Our affiliate partner programme is just one of the methods we are using to draw attention to the issue of Housing Disrepair and is also a way for us to contact tenants who may be owed compensation.

We only need a few details about a tenants situation to be able to successfully pursue the landlord for the compensation owed. With your help, we can get this message out to even more people.

How the programme works

If you decide to become one of our affiliate partners, we will ask you to promote our services online using your social media accounts.

The programme is entirely free to join, so there is no financial risk. Simply place posts advertising our service (we have already created these for you) on your social media accounts and promote them to as wide an audience as possible.

The more people who see the adverts, the more potential claimants you're likely to reach. A personalised link in the advert text (which we will supply you with) will direct the potential client to our website where they will be able to find out if they have a valid claim for compensation. For every successful claim we process, you will receive £100.

Monitoring your campaigns and earnings

All programme members will be able to log into their own personal area of this website.

Here you will be able to:

• Set up and manage your ad campaigns.
• Monitor how many people are clicking on your ads and see how many successful claims are being made as a result.
• Check the commission you have earnt.

Commission payments

For each successful claim that you send to us, you will receive £100 once the case has been settled. All payments are made via Bank Transfer. Commissions are paid on the 15th of the month for any successful claims settled during the previous month.
